Peer Mentors are student worker positions facilitated through the Learning Centers office at SAGU. Peer Mentors are responsible for providing academic accountability and mentorship to students in Learning Centers programs. A few qualifications would include: excellent academic records (3.0 or above), interpersonal skills, time-management and organization skills, ability to tutor individually, successful mastery of Composition Rhetoric I & II and College Math or Algebra, self-motivated and service-oriented.
